King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued directives today, Aug. 2, on extending support for the Citizen’s Account beneficiaries for additional two months until September 2023. Registration in the Citizen’s Account Program will also remain opened.
This comes as part of the continuous care for citizens in order to protect eligible beneficiary families from the repercussions of the effects of global price hikes, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The step also comes as a continuation of the royal directive issued in July 2022 to provide additional financial support to beneficiaries of the Citizen Account Program until the end of the fiscal year 2022. In addition to the royal directive in January and April 2023, to extend the additional support and continue to open registration and extend the work of the program until July 2023 in accordance with the previously announced controls.
